The City Council repealed Chapter 13-10 of the municipal code, which pertained to the obligation of owners of 4+ unit buildings to register with the City. 4+ unit buildings no longer need to be registered on a yearly basis, and Building Registrations are no longer needed for closings or transfer stamp purchases.
